Pork Mince Wonton Soup

When you want something authentic that will impress your guests, want it to seem like lots of effort was put into the meal, then why not make Pork Mince Wonton Soup.

I was introduced to this recipe when I was a young girl. My mom would make this soup on the weekends with her famous fried rice. When she fold the wonton she would teach us the steps and eventually we would help her make a whole big batch. Growing up we would always use chicken mince for the meat, so this time I tried something new and used pork mince.
